Sharing a lab with other Krewes can be quite bothersome. My Krewe have had a share of troubles with other Krewes, but nothing that would interfere with out work. Recently though, a fellow from another Krewe mentioned during a conversation that in order to test out prototypes that have an especially powerful or possibly dangerous output would need to be approved for testing by the peacemakers before proceeding.

I took the liberty during one of my breaks to head down to the peacemaker station in Rata Sum. It was easy to find their office, after checking with one of the guards, and as I was making my way into the peacemaker establishment, I ran into two officers who seemed to be leaving. They stopped for me remarkably, and were actually able to process my request for a permit.

The procedure was relatively quick. I gave my information, including birthdate and where my Krewe worked. Sure enough, I had a temporary permit. They would give me a new one after they finished processing the data and giving it approved. Until then, they'll be accompanying my Krewe during the first few testing phases.
